Order Cancellation Policy

Eligible Cancellations

Customers may cancel their order with the following valid reasons within 24 hours of placing the order:

  • Payment Issues
  • Incorrect Item Ordered
  • Stock Unavailability
  • Customer Error in Order Details (e.g., wrong size, color, etc.)
  • Duplicate Orders (if the order has not been shipped yet)

To qualify for cancellation, the customer must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. If you do not contact us within this time frame, cancellation will not be possible. Please reach out to us at support@pinkpookie.com for any cancellation requests.

Invalid Cancellations

The following are invalid reasons for cancellation:

  • Changed Mind – Cancellations based solely on “changed mind” or “I no longer want the item” are not accepted.
  • Other Non-Valid Reasons – Any cancellation without a legitimate cause, such as convenience or impulse decisions, will not be processed.
  • Orders That Have Already Shipped – Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Cancellation Fee

  • A 5% cancellation fee will apply to all eligible cancellations.
  • The cancellation fee will be deducted from the total order amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the customer.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
  • The refund will be issued after the cancellation fee is deducted.

Important Notes

  • Please ensure that you contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
  • If you don’t meet the 24-hour window, the order cannot be canceled.
