Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with PinkPookie! We appreciate your business and strive to provide you with high-quality products. Please take a moment to review our Return and Refunds Policy.

If returning due to customer error (e.g., wrong size or color chosen)

  • the customer must return the product to our warehouse at their own cost.
  • Once the return is approved, we can resend the correct order or issue a refund minus a 3.5% cancellation fee per order.
  • For international orders, an additional 1.5% currency conversion fee applies

If returning due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product, or quality issues)

  • we will cover the return cost and either resend the correct order or issue a full refund.
  • Customers must provide photo or video proof for quality or damage issues before the return is processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@pinkpookie.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photographs.
  3. Our support team will review your request and determine the appropriate course of action.

Chargebacks/Disputes

Our team of agents is here to assist you and resolve any issues. We have purposefully made our policies as fair as possible, and we believe they are the top in the industry. We are on your team. We are immediately responsive and will do all that we can to help you out and provide the best resolution.

Given this, any customer that files a fraudulent chargeback WILL BE HELD CRIMINALLY LIABLE FOR THEFT. If you have not received a product or have an issue with a product that you did receive, please contact us, and we will help you resolve your issue. Please do not file chargebacks for issues that we can resolve together. Thank you for shopping with us!
